CarryLink Early-access Terms

These concise terms apply to CarryLink's early market-validation service. Please understand the responsibilities of the platform, customers and travellers before submitting a request or trip.

1. Early-access service

CarryLink is currently validating an early service. We review requests, look for suitable journeys, coordinate quotes and record key status changes. Submitting a request or trip does not guarantee a match, delivery date, airline acceptance or customs clearance.

2. Your responsibilities

You must describe the item, value, source, route and timing accurately and ensure the item is lawfully obtained. Medicines, cash, identity documents, powders, unknown liquids, counterfeits and other prohibited items must not be submitted. Do not send an item before receiving clear platform instructions.

3. Quotes, payment and cancellation

Requests are free to submit. A formal quote is provided only after a suitable traveller is identified; payment follows your acceptance. You normally pay the merchant directly for the item, while the amount shown by CarryLink covers the confirmed cross-border traveller service. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the quote details and applicable Australian consumer rights, which these terms do not exclude.

4. Platform and travellers

Travellers decide whether to accept a task and must follow airline, customs, tax and local laws. CarryLink may reject incomplete, high-risk or out-of-scope requests and may pause handling where safety or compliance requires it.

5. Replies and changes

We aim to reply within 24 hours, but this is not an absolute time guarantee. These terms may change as the pilot develops; updated terms apply to new requests or trips submitted after the update. Use “Contact support” if you need help.

Note: This concise version supports market validation. A qualified adviser familiar with Australian consumer, privacy and cross-border transport rules should review it before wider commercial operation.
