CarryLink Privacy Notice

This notice explains what CarryLink collects during early access, why we use it, who may receive it and how you can request access, correction or deletion.

1. What we collect

We collect the name, email, item, value, source, route, dates, preferences, feedback and support messages you provide, together with request, quote and payment status. Full card details are handled by payment providers such as Stripe and are not stored by CarryLink.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to review items, find suitable journeys, prepare quotes, process payment and delivery, send request updates, respond to support and improve the early product. Product update emails are sent only when you opt in.

3. Providers and overseas processing

We use website hosting, database, email and payment providers, including OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Resend and Stripe. Information may be processed or stored outside Australia. We disclose only what is needed to service providers or confirmed participants completing the relevant task.

4. Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. Sensitive delivery details are shared only as needed after quote acceptance, payment confirmation and traveller participation. We take reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

5. Retention, access and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the pilot, resolve issues and meet necessary record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Use “Contact support” to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy question or complaint.

Note: This concise version supports market validation. A qualified adviser familiar with Australian consumer, privacy and cross-border transport rules should review it before wider commercial operation.
